Car Flattener , and other Engineered Equipment The ATB Flattener is portable and requires only a 15Kw power supply for the hydraulic power pack. The flattener is controlled by the loader machine operator using a wireless remote control which activates a PLC. Once activated the flattener will cycle and return to the open position while the loader operator is free to select the next body. The PCL control includes a number of safety features to prevent damage to the unit as well as 2 emergency stops on each side of the flattener. It is even possible to flatten two bodies at a time
